Our Story

Our passion for first aid started from an extensive background in the emergency services. As paramedics and firefighters, it become very clear that people faced with an emergency situation simply do not know what to do. There is a noticeable short fall in the basic understanding of first aid.

We want everyone to feel successful so we have developed training that is easy to relate to and understand. The practical component of the training is entertaining as well as stimulating because we have a down to earth approach. We incorporate true stories into our training courses. You will be thoroughly impressed at the ease with which you retain life-saving skills.

We understand that we all learn differently. Because of this we keep our classroom numbers low and tailor each course according to the experience of the participants. Individual attention is provided to those students who need that extra bit of time with the instructor to feel confident in an emergency situation. We are a premium service educating participants to make decisions in an emergency. We truly believe that any attempt at resuscitation is better than NO attempt.
